Our office strongly encourages all students to take steps to protect themselves from illness. Similarly, in an effort to protect TCU students and staff, the Dean’s Office, in addition to meeting in person, will continue supporting students by phone or through Zoom appointments.

Please utilize the information below to learn how to engage with the Dean of Students office. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to email the Dean that you are working with directly. If you have not worked with a staff member in Dean of Students before, we will schedule an appointment with the first available person.

  • If you would like to speak to someone, you can reach our office at 817-257-7926 or 817-257-7925. Our phones are monitored Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time. Voicemail messages left before 3 PM will be returned on the same business day. Voicemail messages left after 3 PM will be returned the next business day. Please speak clearly and leave your name, your daytime call-back number and the nature of your call.
  • If you are concerned about a student (non-emergency concern), please complete the Student of Concern form and describe the nature of your concern.
