Thank you for helping our TCU Students think and act as ethical leaders and responsible citizens in the global community. We recognize that this starts in our local community – right here in the surrounding neighborhoods of TCU’s campus.

We hope you’ll enjoy sharing your neighborhood with our TCU students!  For many students, living off-campus in college represents the first time they must manage a household and relationships with neighbors on their own, which can pose challenges as they have not had to address. We are so glad they have fantastic neighbors to learn from!

Community Interactions

To create positive relationships with your TCU student neighbors, we encourage you to:

  • Get to know your student neighbors – trade phone numbers, give advice, and demonstrate acts of kindness,
  • Should any conflict or concern arise, consult your student neighbor and try to resolve it together
  • If the conflict can’t be resolved or you sense that students need further education or support in being a good neighbor, please fill out the Comment Form
  • For immediate concerns (including but not limited to, a noise complaint that isn’t resolved by the student after contact, a parking issue, vandalism, trash, etc.) please contact Fort Worth Police Department
