6. Interpretation and Revision

6.1 Any question of interpretation regarding the non-academic misconduct portion of the Code shall be referred to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs or to their designee for final determination.

6.2 The Code shall be reviewed annually under the direction of the University’s Dean of However, the Code is subject to change at any time without student consent. The version of this Code posted to the Dean of Students website as part of the Student Handbook supersedes all previous versions of the Code.

6.3 If any portion or section of this Code conflicts with applicable law, including conflicts that arise due to changes in the law, the University will follow all applicable laws. Such legal conflicts will not impact the validity of the remainder of this Code.

6.4 This Code does not create an express or implied contract.
