Responsible Offices

The Office of Institutional Equity will address reports and complaints regarding allegations of illegal discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct, including Title IX Complaints. The Title IX Coordinator is the person designated by the University to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX).

The Office of Institutional Equity can provide information about TCU’s policies 1.008 and 1.009. The Title IX Coordinator can provide information regarding Title IX and will ensure that such complaints are addressed by the appropriate University officials. The Title IX Coordinator will assist the parties in receiving support services and will facilitate any interim measures during the investigation. Accommodations for Disability (Section 504)

The Director of Student Access and Accommodation is the staff member designated by the University to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out the responsibilities under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) for students.
